Acting as an embedded strategic partner, he works closely with founders and senior teams to bring ambitious new products to market while keeping legal advice firmly aligned with their business goals.

  1. Advised on some of the UK’s earliest embedded banking and Banking-as-a-Service arrangements.
  2. Helped bring one of the UK’s first embedded crypto-payment propositions to market, including the development of a new Crypto-Rails-as-a-Service model.
  3. Structured and negotiated complex regulatory outsourcing arrangements under PRA SS2/21, the EBA outsourcing guidelines and DORA.
